The Weekend.

Our internet at home is busted, so I haven’t gone online in two days. I’m using Nest’s internet, which is also acting up, but still working, which is awesome.
So the UPCAT results came out last Saturday, and Hannah was the one who informed me again. XD I couldn’t check it myself since the internet was busted, so I asked her to check for me, and guess what? I wasn’t admitted. Haha. I used to say I didn’t pass, but my mom thinks I passed and they just don’t want to accept me because I’m home schooled and they’re biased like that. Well. Their loss. Ateneo, here I come~~ =D
Truthfully, after the ACET results came out, I didn’t care much about whether UP accepts me or not. (Right Hannah? Hahahaha.)
So yeah, Yanskeedoodle is a blue eagle. Yay!

I also had my Nihongo final on Saturday. It was a bit sad, because it was our last day as a class. A lot of us are planning to skip Elementary 4 and Intermediate 1 classes because we already reviewed them for the JLPT, and it would save a lot of money to go straight to Intermediate 2. We also won’t have the same teacher when we enroll again.
Anyway, I wasn’t confident about the finals, because I didn’t study at all, but by some miracle I managed to pass. We all passed! It’s great.
After the test, I had lunch at Yamazaki(?) with Ann-san, Pola-san, Kichi-san, Nicole-san, and Anson-san, who treated us.
We talked about starting an Elem4/Intermediate1 study group since a lot of us plan to study those on our own, and that’s exciting. I hope it pulls through; I will miss my classmates.
I went home after lunch, and then got ready for Ate Nadja’s wedding, which was that evening at The Blue Leaf. I rode with Dani and Tita Dongdong, and we got there in time to hear Ate Nadja’s vows. It was a really cute wedding~ Their theme was coffee, and they had a Starbucks booth and everything. Ate Nadja and Kuya Chuck were cute. And Nicole was pretty, and I loved her hair.
So yeah, that was fun. I photo boothed with Dani, Nicole, Kuya Martin, and Kuya Mike.

Sunday was chaotic. I taught Sunday School with Bianca and Hannah. I don’t know why, but whenever Bianca and I teach, it’s either we have absolutely no students, or we have so many we barely fit in the room. Yesterday, we had fifteen kids. I am seriously thankful Hannah decided to help out because otherwise, we would have died. XD It was fun though, because the kids were more responsive than usual. Just a bit hyper, but I guess that made it fun. I missed teaching, and my first class for this year will not be forgotten. Hahaha.

Ahhh, I haven’t written in MONTHS I missed you! Really, I don’t know what it is that made it so hard for me to write during that time, but I seriously couldn’t write anything. Not here, or in my journal… I couldn’t even write that UA&P essay right. (The last one is OK though, since I ended up not applying there anyway. Long story. For later.
)
I’ve spent the past few days working on the kids’ costumes for the Sunday School Christmas play. I have to sew gold sequins onto the angels’ shirts and make swirly patterns. I did this last Sunday during service with Bianca, Hannah, Nicole, Rachel and Dar, and that was fun. We didn’t get to finish much though, and the shirt Hannah, Rachel and Dar worked on pretty much came apart so I had to start it all over again. XD Hey, it isn’t as easy as you think, and it takes time. It’s relaxing though, and it’ll probably take less time to do once we have more people sewing. Bianca and I have a loooooong way to go where those shirts are concerned and we don’t have that much time. Thank God for friends who have nothing to do and are willing to help.
The rest of the time I’m studying, or on the internet catching mice on MouseHunt (I don’t know why either. Goes to show how bored I’ve been. XDD) or sleeping. I don’t know why I sleep so much, it’s kind of creepy.
Only 23 days until the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) and I’m not prepared at all. I’m getting review materials this weekend, and I imagine I’ll be spending most of my time reviewing after that. I’d very much like to pass and I don’t think I can in this unprepared state.
JLPT is the only test left for me this year though, which is awesome. I’m done with my college entrance exams, so now I’m just waiting for results. I planned to apply for UP, Ateneo, La Salle, CSB and UA&P but ended up taking entrance exams in the first two only. We decided La Salle and CSB were too far away and I wouldn’t end up going to school there unless I failed in everywhere else, so nevermind. I was all set to apply for UA&P, but thanks to Divine Intervention, that didn’t work out either.
I had a slight feeling UAP wasn’t meant to be while I was writing my essay, because I didn’t have anything up until the very last minute (a day before the deadline) and after I started, I didn’t know how to end. My dad wrote the conclusion for me. Then when we were about to print it out, we discovered that the printer’s USB cable wasn’t at home, it was at my mom’s office. All this happened the day we were going to submit the requirements, so Dad had to e-mail my essay to Mom, who was at work, so she could print it there, then after that she had to drive all the way back to Ortigas so we could submit it. Dad and I were at UA&P talking to the admissions lady, and my dad was getting really irritated because she was really snobby when she told us that our requirements were incomplete, and no, they aren’t going to accept photocopies, and no, we couldn’t submit the requirements on another day because that day was the deadline. So we left, and that was that.
And in the end, it’s UP or Ateneo. Which makes it easier to choose, I suppose. I’ll just go wherever I pass. Problem is if I don’t pass anywhere, in which case I don’t know what I’m going to do yet. But I’ll cross that bridge only if I have to.
So that’s been my life lately. No one’s been missing much, no. XD I will be writing more from now on, promise.

In English, it’s been a while.
My computer has officially died on me. Bye Frank.
Okay, so maybe I just gave up on it, but hey, so would you. Or not, I don’t know.
Anyway, I’ve been using my sister’s computer, and for some reason I have a hard time blogging on it. I’m picky like that.
But I’m back now (yay!) and Pat’s computer really isn’t that bad. It’s better than mine, at least.
It’s ACET weekend, and I’m not ready. By that I mean I didn’t study. I’m not nervous though, but I feel like I should be, because everyone else is. And I sort of have to pass this, because UP might not let me in. They have issues with home-schooling, or something.
So tomorrow, I’m going to shop. Hahaha. Or go out and not think of ACET. I don’t want to get nervous, and it’s not like I’ll get any studying done anyway.
I finally got around to reading the first book of The Lord of The Rings. FINALLY. I’ve had the set for two years and never read it. I’m glad I’m reading again, I sort of stopped for a while. A long while. :O
I’ve been writing more, too.
And last night I dreamed that a group of clowns in black hoods were chasing me. That was very scary, yes.
That’s all for now.
It’s random, I’m sory. I’m a little out of it today. Better entries next time, promise.
